For in-stock samples with our own design, you can receive them within 1 week.
For customized samples, it may take a bit longer, depending on the complexity of the design, but typically within 2-3 weeks.

A: Our payment terms are 30% T/T deposit before production, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
